A little message from me to you.
The cost of Private Coaching is about the same price as just one bottle of wine a day. Please don't let a false belief about not being able to afford it hold you back from getting help if you really want it. I used lack of money as my excuse for way too many years. It's a choice - a difficult one I know - but you can do this. You are so worth it.
